In order to utilize our experience and network most effectively, we will limit our investment scope to the venture companies which will be active in the following areas:

• research and development of innovative therapeutics and their seeds
• development of drug discovery platform

Among therapeutics and their seed, we have experiences and expertise particularly in urology, inflammation/immunology(transplant), diabetes, infectious, cardiovascular, GI, central nervous system. We will be opportunistic about the other fields.

Our investments range in size from USD 0.5 - 10 million. Initial investments typically range from USD 0.5 - 2 million. We expect to support our portfolio company by participating in subsequent rounds, which may result in further investments of as much as USD 5-10 million.

We normally participate in investments as co-investors, however, we can serve as lead investors through our good relationship with excellent venture firms in USA and Europe.
